Hi there, I’m Stefanie. This website began as an outlet for my desire to spend hours immersed in anything and everything having to do with dogs. There’s just something about dogs that brings a smile to your face on a daily basis.
Quickly, I came to realize that a lot of discerning dog parents rely on the web to find information on dog issues, dog products, etc. and that there is an increased need for quality content delivered in a fun manner.
DogSplendor.com decided to change the focus from fun, fun, fun all the time to adding quality tips and reviews of pet products…with a bit of splendid whimsy still infused in everything we do.
My inspiration & co-founders
My two partners in crime, otherwise known as the two dogs that inspired this site, are Izzie and Maddie. Izzie is a Schnauzer/Poodle mix, and Maddie is a Poodle/Schnauzer/Jack Russel/who-knows-what mix.
Izzie and Maddie are similar in appearance but much different in temperament. They love trying new things and will be happy to give honest reviews of products (truth be told, they make me do the typing).
